After the fierce competition of the MechanEx show the Mobil simulator lap time’s winners have been awarded their prizes. Over 100 delegates of the MechanEx show participated in the Mobil track challenge.
The day one winner and overall show champion was Brent Crook, owner of Southern Motor Developments, one of WP Automotive’s Mobil Service Centres. Brent’s winning time of 1.09 remained almost unchallenged throughout the show. Brent was thrilled to be told he had won.
The winner from day two and in overall 2nd place was Adam Stainer from DGS Auto Swindon . DGS Auto have been in business for 10 years with Adam having worked there for over 6 years. Adam was shocked to learn he had placed so highly on the lap times and was pleased to be presented his prize by Richard Painter, the Mobil Service Centre Account Manager for Wiltshire.
